Max and Tucker,5-year-old Australian Shepherd brothers, were headed to the woods for an early morning walk on Easter Sunday when they were met with a surprise. This is the true story of two dogs, Max and Tucker and how they helped rescue, foster and find a forever home for two little-abandoned puppies.  Lily& Lucy, beautifully illustrated by Emely Pascual, a student at Virginia Commonwealth University, is a heart-warming story about being rescued by those that you set out to rescue. Proceeds are donated to the Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation. They are a non-profit animal rescue organization saving the lives of thousands of homeless and abandoned pets each year.
