RWYK Interview with Nadine Poper & Amanda Rowe

Happy Valentine’s Day to all the listeners of the Reading with Your Kids Podcast!

We’re back to spread the love. The love of Books!

We have a special episode for you. We have two amazing children’s authors joining us to celebrate children’s literature and to discuss their brand NEW children’s picture books!

Our first guest is Amanda Rowe, author of a soon to be released picture book titled “If there never was a you”. Amanda shares some interesting facts about her fun, simple, loving read-aloud for children to share with their parents.

Our second author is Nadine Poper, one of our past guests and author of two funny children’s picture books featuring Dachshund dogs: Dachshunds in Moccasins and Weenies in Bikinis. She is here to talk about her latest picture book Frank Stinks!

Tune in as Nadine and Amanda shares what their books are all about, their love for kids literature, how they thought of those cute titles for their books, Nadine’s experience of working as a children’s librarian and  & more. Take a listen, and you’ll be glad you did!

Here’s more information about “Amanda Rowe

Amanda RoweAmanda Rowe has been writing since she could hold a pencil, but she only became a mother about fifteen years ago. That was the beginning of her greatest adventure; an adventure filled with laughter, tears, victories, mistakes and entirely too much talk about bodily functions. Despite the challenges, Amanda wouldn’t change a thing. Okay, maybe a few things, but she’s delighted that her children were born, and she wanted them to know it, so she wrote If There Never Was a You. She hopes it will help little ones all over the world understand how loved they are, and how they enrich the lives of those around them.
