Reading With Your Kids Special Episode ft. Cassie Kitzmiller & Tracy Taylor

Happy Sunday ReadingWithYourKids Family!!!

Welcome to yet another fun-filled episode of the Podcast! Today we’re excited and eager to talk to two very talented children’s picture book authors Cassie Kitzmiller and Tracy Taylor!

Cassie is joining us to talk about her book Three Sneezes in a Row, a cute and fun story about the discovery of the body sounds with such adorable characters. Ten sounds that you can hear coming from your body are shared with the reader through a counting poem and action verb after action verb and rhyme after rhyme. Tune in to learn more about this fun and educational book!

We’re so grateful to Tracy for digging deep into her book The Acorn That Lost His Hat, her inspiration for this book

There’s a lot of real talk here, along with lots of laughs. Take a listen, and you’ll hear why!

Here’s some information about Cassie Kitzmiller

Cassie KitzmillerCassie is an undercover Christmas elf, Licensed Interior Designer, author, and momma to 3 wild and wonderful boys. She loves to write, decorate, make mud pies, and bake way too many chocolate chip cookies.

Her second book, “Three Little Sneezes in a Row”, was inspired by a chain reaction of little sneezes from her youngest son, Levi, when he was only 3 months old. She quickly jotted down the fun rhymes that popped into her head and turned them over to her ridiculously talented illustrator to turn them into the characters she could envision bouncing around in her head.
