Jessica & Alyssa are best pal writing partners who have been obsessed with reading since they used to hoard The Babysitters Club books in their bedrooms across the country from one another in Los Angeles (Jess) and Virginia (Lyss). They are the authors of the YA thriller THE LOST CAUSES and the Georgetown Academy series.
Jessica Koosed Etting and Alyssa Embree Schwartz started writing together right after college when they took the “write what you know” adage to heart and wrote a TV pilot that sold to Fox about how life sucks when you’re 22, broke and a freshman in life. have written extensively for TV and film. Their YA series Georgetown Academy was released in eBook format by interactive publisher Coliloquy (since sold to Vook) and has built a strong following on Wattpad, with over 1.3 million reads and over 12,000 followers.
