Coping Skills For Kids Workbook
Reading With Your Kids Podcast Starring Janine Hallorin
As our title implies most of our shows feature conversations with authors of great books you can read with your kids. Today we take a bit of a detour as we welcome Janine Halloran, author of Coping Skills For Kids Workbook.
Being a parent is not easy. Even in the best of times, guiding our kids through their journey to adulthood can be tough. Kids lives are filled with activities, drama and stress. Most kids can deal with the stress they face with a little TLC. But for some kids, that stress can be overwhelming, and trying to be supportive of that child can be overwhelming for the family.
Janine Halloran is the Founder of Coping Skills for Kids where she provides products for parents to help their kids cope with stressful situations in healthy ways. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has been working with children, adolescents and their families for over 15 years.
Coping Skills For Kids Workbook is obviously not a story book to sit and read with your kids, but it does offer struggling families a loving way to support each other.
