  • Sprouted Rice/Brown Rice (2 cups)
  • Seaweed Sheets (“Nori”)
  • Cucumber (1, thinly sliced)
  • Carrot (1 piece, thinly sliced)
  • Avocado (1 large piece)
  • Radish(1)
  • Salt(1/2 tea spoon)
  • Tamari Sauce(3 tea spoon)
  • Ginger(2 tea spoon)

Let’s start by cooking the rice. While rice is cooking, cut vegetables. Chop the radish and put it in the food processor along with the cooked rice, salt and Tamari and blend until it is minced.

Grate ginger & mix it in the rice mixture, Peel carrot and slice into long thin pieces.  Cut cucumber about the size of the width of seaweed and slice into thin pieces.  Slice avocado.

Place 1 nori sheet on a platform and top with a ¼ of the rice. Closer to edge of seaweed, lay cucumber slice first, then carrot and then avocado.

Now you’re ready to roll sushi. With your hands, raise the seaweed edge and start rolling and as you roll, give a little pressure with your hands to tighten the roll. Slice into halves or thick slices using a sharp chef knife. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
